She received a B.S. in Criminal Justice at Georgia State University and holds a master’s degree in Social Work and Public Administration. 

As the Deputy Commissioner, Ms. Davis is responsible for statewide leadership and the oversight of the Office of Professional Development, Compliance Unit, Victim and Volunteer Services, and Emergency Management.
