DJJ Connect is your direct link to timely, informed, and responsive services from the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.

This platform provides internal and external stakeholders with a means to communicate feedback, recommendations, best practices, and concerns. 

DJJ Connect strengthens stakeholder engagement and enhances the service experience, ensuring that needs are addressed and voices are valued.

Through DJJ Connect, stakeholders may:

  • Submit a Concern or Complaint
  • Share a Compliment or Give Kudos
  • Submit Questions | Feedback | Suggestions 

DJJ Connect facilitates clear, efficient communication, ensuring that stakeholder input is properly received, reviewed, and addressed. 

All DJJ Connect submissions are tracked to guarantee accountability, and appropriate follow-up actions are taken to resolve concerns and implement improvements. 

Stakeholder concerns will only be shared with DJJ staff who need to be involved in the resolution, and even then, will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
