DJJ Connect facilitates clear, efficient communication, ensuring that stakeholder input is properly received, reviewed, and addressed. All submissions are tracked to guarantee accountability, and appropriate follow-up actions are taken to resolve concerns and implement improvements. Stakeholder concerns will only be shared with individuals who need to be involved in the resolution, and even then will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
