The Office of Human Resources supports the strategic goals and mission of the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) by monitoring workforce trends and proposing initiatives to address challenges to DJJ Team performance. The Office of Human Resources' mission is to attract, develop, and retain a diverse Department of Juvenile Justice workforce. Human Resources attends to the daily processes of the agency workforce, including recruitment and retention, background checks, appropriate compensation and benefits, EEO compliance, timekeeping, and absence management.
