  • I can’t find my iPad (or charger)

    You will need to purchase a replacement.

  • I can’t turn on my iPad

    Make sure the iPad is charged.  Connect the charger to the iPad and plug into an outlet that you know is working. Allow it to charge for 10 minutes. If you still cannot turn it on, contact your Probation Officer.

     

  • My iPad won’t charge. When I plug in the charger, the charging symbol doesn’t show up.

    First, make sure you are using the charging block and cable that came with your iPad. Second, try using a different outlet. Finally, if you have one, try using a different charging cable or charging block. If you are still unable to charge, submit the technical support request form here for further assistance.

  • I can’t log into my iPad

    Submit the technical support request form here for assistance unlocking your iPad.

  • My iPad screen is cracked

    Contact your Probation Officer as soon as possible. Do not take your device to any third party to repair the screen.

  • My folio (case) keyboard isn’t working

    Remove the iPad from the case and power the iPad off. Place the iPad back in the case and then power it back up.  If the keyboard still does not work, submit a technical support request form here for further assistance.

  • My charging block or cable is broken

    You will need to purchase a replacement.

  • I can’t open Safari

    First, try turning your iPad off and back on and try opening the Safari again. If Chrome is installed on your device, try Chrome. If neither browser works, submit the technical support request form for further assistance.

  • I can’t access a website I need for a class

    Contact Probation Officer for further assistance.

  • I need an app that isn’t installed

    Contact Probation Officer for further assistance.

  • I’m having some other issue
