Before his employment with DJJ, he served for six years as a Budget Analyst Supervisor at the Georgia Department of Human Services. Mr. Carter-Williams earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern University and Agriculture & Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
