The staff of the Office of Professional Development carries out its mission though championing innovative and strategic partnerships by cultivating trusting, collaborative relationships, upholding ethical standards and creating opportunities to restore and empower our staff and young people.

development training, resources, and information to the nearly 4,300 full and part-time staff, which

Professional Development provides initial basic training, specialized training, annual in-service training, and leadership development training throughout the State.
