Decatur, GA – On Thursday, April 11th, Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) Commissioner Avery D. Niles will welcome state legislators, community leaders, and judicial representatives to an Open House tour of the new Cadwell Regional Youth Detention Center (RYDC), in Cadwell, Georgia.
