Education Record Requests

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Department of Juvenile Justice School District is now offering a secure website for former students and organizations to request transcripts and student records online.

If you are a local school district requesting education records, please contact the student's previously attended school in our district with your written record request form.  You can locate our school's information here.

Official GED Diplomas and Transcripts are issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG). Click here to connect to the TCSG's website.

Per District Policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age.  If the student is 18 years of age or older, schools records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student's written consent.  Please download the Authorization for Release of Information  form.
