Lisa Mantz is the Deputy Commissioner for the Division of Secure Facilities, which provides oversight and leadership for 19 Regional Youth Detention Centers (RYDCs) and the 6 Youth Development Campuses (YDCs) located throughout Georgia. The Division of Secure Facilities consists of the Office of Classification and Transportation Services, the Office of Health Services, the Office of Behavioral Health Services, the Office of Food Service and Nutrition, Office of Victim Services, Office of Volunteer Services, and the Office of Chaplaincy Services.

Before joining DJJ, Mrs. Mantz was an associate judge in the Newton County Juvenile Court from 2002 until 2016. She is a 1990 graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. She received her Jurist Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1993.
