New Employee Self-Service: GA@Work/NextGen

We are only a few months away from the launch of GA@WORK, the State of Georgia’s new Enterprise Resource Planning System, in October 2025. GA@WORK will replace PeopleSoft (TeamWorks) and is a user-friendly system designed to streamline HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement processes. The tasks you complete today in the PeopleSoft (TeamWorks), including accessing Employee Self-Service, will be completed in the GA@WORK system in the future. Employees must complete assigned training courses before September 15, 2025 to be ready to use the new system. |
Employees have been automatically enrolled in eLearning training courses. Please check your state or personal inbox for an email from Team Georgia Learning ([email protected]) to start your mandatory training. Below is an example of the email you should have received. |
