It’s time to make your 2024 Health and Flexible Benefits elections!

Open Enrollment (OE) gives you the opportunity to enroll in coverage or review current Plan Options and make changes to coverage based on your needs. This year’s enrollment is more important than ever, as many employees are re-evaluating their health needs and seeking to protect their financial well-being.

Go to Team Georgia
Select: Employee Self Service -- My Account
Next: Log into your Self service account
Update your Home Address (only) and Personal Email Address/Mobile Phone Number

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW FOR SHBP:

Reset Your Password
Go to the Enrollment Portal: www.mySHBPga.adp.com
Step 1: Click Forgot Your Password.
Step 2: Enter Your User ID
Step 3: Follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions.
Step 4: Create a new Password, then click Continue.
Step 5: First time user? Registration code is SHBP-GA

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW FOR GA BREEZE:

Reset Your Password
Go to the Enrollment Portal: www.gabreeze.ga.gov
Step 1: Click Forgot Your Password
Step 2: If you have a mobile number on file, request a one-time code. A message will be sent to your number on file.
Step 2: First Time User? Click on “Are you a new user?” and confirm your identity.

WHAT'S NEW FOR 2024

VOYA: Will replace AFLAC for critical illness/accident/cancer /hospital Indemnity insurance. Penalties will be waived for new enrollees. $60 to $100 for annual health screenings.

MetLife: One-Up campaign. Add 1x pay in coverage. No medical questions asked.

Health Care Spending Account:

Limit increase to $3000
Spending accts do not roll over. Must enroll every year.

The Standard Disability Plan: One-time opportunity to enroll without a late enrollment penalty.

State Health Benefit Plan: All rates are increasing.

Cigna DHMO: Now cover dental implants with a slight rate increase.
