Basic Law Enforcement Training Class #299 Graduate: David "Andy" Wall

Congratulations to Southwest Emergency Management Coordinator David "Andy" Wall for successfully graduating from Basic Law Enforcement Training Class #299 at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) Tifton Academy. An eleven-week training, Coordinator Wall graduated with honors and received the Highest Academic Average Award from his class.
